To see results you have to fatigue your muscles within 90 seconds after you start your first rep. Always warm up before you work out and stretch after your warm up. Stay hydrated throughout your workout and stretch when you have finished. Retain proper form from your first to your last set, and stop working out if you cannot continue with correct form.
